Location
I strive to capture natural expressions and your children's
personality, to show them as they really are. I take photos of
you and your children at a location of your choice, whether in your
home or at a park, wherever you and your children feel most
comfortable and relaxed, and where you can all have fun.
Your session
Each session typically lasts between 1-3 hours, depending on the age
of the children and their needs (newborn sessions last longer than
other sessions because of feedings and comforting). My
approach is a relaxed one. I prefer to take my time and enjoy
taking the photos and getting to know you and your children rather
than pay attention to the clock. I only book one session on
one day so that I will not be hurried or tired and I can focus on
you and your family. Limited sessions are offered each month.

Newborn sessions: Newborns are the most sleepy the first two
weeks and have the "curl". Therefore, it is best to have a
newborn session when a baby is two weeks or younger. Contact
me to schedule a newborn session as soon as possible, even before
your expected due date so I can note it down.
What to wear
Think simple! Avoid large logos and prints. Jeans for kids and
the entire family is always a favorite along with bare feet.
If more than one subject is being photographed, please dress them in
coordinating outfits. Newborns and babies are best
photographed in their own skin. Texture also looks great in
photos, so have your baby’s funky blankets, little knitted hats, mom
or dad’s scarf, baby bracelets and diaper covers ready.
After Your Session
After your session, your proofs will be ready within 2-3 weeks for
online viewing. Approximately 30 or more images will be presented in
a private online gallery. Nancy will provide you with a link and you are encouraged to share with your family and
friends.
